In order to provide the CAMEO® marketplace platform through our website (cameo.com), mobile application, and through the services we provide (collectively, the website, application, and services referred to as our "Site"), and continue to make them better, Baron App, Inc. dba Cameo ("Cameo," "we," "us," or "our") collects information from you.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cameo collects, stores, uses, transfers, and discloses your personal information (as defined in Section 2 below).
This Privacy Policy applies to all aspects of our Site as well as to information we may collect offline.
This Site may link to or incorporate websites or content hosted and served by others over which we have no control, such as third party websites, online properties, platforms, social media, or systems, which are each governed by the privacy policy and business practices of the third party. You understand and agree that Cameo is not responsible for the security, privacy, or business practices of any third party.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on our Site and, in the case of any material change, update the “Last Updated” date at the top. The revised Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of: (a) your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy (for example, by agreeing when you create an account or login to an existing account, or by using or continuing to use our Site after the revised Terms have been posted); or (b) the “Effective Date” listed at the top of the revised Privacy Policy. Cameo does not currently sell your covered information as defined under applicable Nevada law; however, you may submit an opt-out request, which we will honor as required by Nevada law should engage in such a sale in the future.
The Site is not intended for use by individuals or businesses in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). If you are in the EEA and nonetheless access the Site or use our services, or if you are in the United Kingdom ("UK"), the following privacy-related information applies:
Cameo is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the UK GDPR; and "personal information" as used in this Privacy Policy is "personal data," as defined in Article 4(1) of the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Where Cameo relies on your consent as the lawful basis for processing your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent to further use of your personal information at any time.
